A point doesn't do much for either team for fourth if to catch Arsenal who would like to see a draw. So should make for a good game. I hope we don't concede and take the game to them like we did Sevilla. 0-1 will do nicely COYI

Aside from the simple optimists we knew 4th spot had long gone, all about 6th now. A point here keeps us above them in 6th going into the break, that'll do me. Here's hoping.

To beat a motivated Spurs away from home just a few days after beating Sevilla, while using what will be basically the same starting 11 would be quite an incredible feat.

Rice looked to be struggling with a foot problem after the Europa game. Expect a few from the bench to be involved today.
Much as I'll be gutted if Spurs beat us, can't see the value in damaging players who have just done 120mins a few matches ago. Like most teams, we need to rotate a few to prevent us serious problems in the run in.
Energy levels and muscle fatigue are going to be a problem at these levels where athletic performance is demanded..

Agree FCJ.
Losing rice late on last year prevented us from securing a top 4 finish.
I would rest Rice and Antonio, maybe Zouma/Cresswell as well and bring them on as subs.

We say it’s their cup final and this year that’s definitely true. But for the first time in years this isn’t ours.
Moyes won’t rest players I don’t think as he hasn’t done all season but I wouldn’t have a problem if he did. 4th isn’t up for grabs and as much as finishing above them would be great as would euro qualifying through the league, but our best chance of champions league since it started is winning the Europa so I just hope we give ourselves the best chance of that no matter what that means for today
